1. Returns Window
In accordance with UK consumer rights, we accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or store credit.

Important Medical & Safety Exception: Due to strict health, hygiene, and pharmaceutical safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any glass ampoules, oral supplements, or clinical tools (such as sterile needles or syringes) if the box, bottle seal, or tamper-evident packaging has been opened, broken, or compromised.
3. Return Shipping
